From its inception with a single client in October 2018, DKR now collaborates with clients across 40+ global locations, with ongoing expansion anticipated. David Kennedy Recruitment Ltd stands out as a prominent figure in the multilingual recruitment sector, specializing in BPO (including eCommerce, Telco, Digital Media, Automotive, Tourism, Banking, Electronics, and FMCG), Hospitality, SaaS, IT, Forex, Crypto, and iGaming industries.
DKR's services come at no cost to candidates or clients. A dedicated member of our management team serves as the client's remote Recruitment Manager and primary contact point. Our fee structure entails charging clients an agreed-upon fee solely upon the successful placement of a candidate.

Our Team Members
- Sarah Kennedy Director - Finance and Marketing Sarah, an accomplished marketer and entrepreneur, co-founded a thriving media and marketing agency before transitioning to a permanent role at DKR in 2023 following two years of consultancy. Since then, she has been an integral part of the team. Working alongside her husband, David, Sarah collaborates closely to enhance and expand the DKR brand and its global network.
- David Kennedy Founder and CEO Hailing from Northern Ireland, David commenced his career in recruitment back in 2003 in Melbourne, Australia, where he collaborated with Hays Consultancy and Miteam. Upon his return to the UK in 2007, he transitioned to a Recruiter position at the global BPO TeleTech. Subsequently, he assumed the role of Operations Manager at a boutique multilingual agency in Belfast. During his tenure, David cultivated a profound interest in multilingual recruitment, honed his skills in client relationship management, and oversaw operations across the company's three European locations. This marked the beginning of a successful career trajectory.
- Dusan Petrovic Operations Manager Dusan brings with him a wealth of experience in Human Resources and Recruitment, accumulating over 8 years in various industries such as Forex, FinTech, and Hospitality. His proficiency lies in providing exceptional recruitment services across different sectors and global locations. Having commenced his tenure with David Kennedy Recruitment in October 2021 as a part-time Talent Acquisition specialist, Dusan transitioned to the role of Service Delivery Manager in February 2022. Originally hailing from Serbia, he is presently situated in Cyprus.
